Pharmaceutical Law
- We provide consultations regarding the start-up of activity as distributor of pharmaceutical products and medicinal devices;
- We consult on the requirements for registration of pharmaceutical products and their prices, including of ones paid by public funds;
- We assist in obtaining permit for usage, production and import of pharmaceutical products;
- We provide consultations on participation in public procurements for supply of pharmaceutical products and on advertisement of medicines;
- We prepare contracts and other legal documents arranging the relations between the participants in procedures under clinical studies of pharmaceutical products - investigators, hospitals, state authorities and patients.
- We provide consultations on the legal requirements to the activity, contained in the Code of Ethics of the Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry in Bulgaria Association and provide assistance in protecting the client’s interests upon commencement and conduction of proceedings before the Ethics Commission of the latter Association.
