Public Procurement
- We make research and provide legal opinion regarding the applicable legal provisions to the subject of the public procurement/ tender;
- We assist in the preparation of tenderers’ offers in public procurement procedures;
- We assist in completing the offers, including by preparing and obtaining the necessary documents proving corporate status, technical and financial resources of the tenderers;
- We assist upon the communication with contracting authorities;
- We represent tenderers upon appeals against acts delivered under public procurement and tender procedures.
