- We assist in conducting negotiations with banks and financial institutions regarding provision of funding at terms and conditions most favourable for the client;
- Upon assignment by credit or financial institution we perform legal due diligence in order to establish the reliability of the funded company before granting of the funds;
- We prepare bank credit agreements and collateral agreements related thereto – mortgages, special pledges, bank guarantees, etc.;
- We assist in establishing the agreed collaterals and in their registration in the respective registers;
- We prepare legal opinions in compliance with the requirements of the credit or financial institution for confirming performance of the negotiated preconditions for granting of the funds;
- We perform registration of financial institutions and prepare general terms, internal rules, template agreements and all other documents necessary for their activity;
- We assist clients for currency legislation compliance, in reporting financial credits before the Bulgarian National Bank and in collection and submission of statistical information for state balance of payments purposes.
